When Ausable and Fowler entered the room in the top floor, Ausable switched on the lights. He saw a man standing with a automatic pistol in his hand. Ausable blinked a few times when he caught sight of Max standing in the room with an automatic pistol in his hand. Then he asked Max what he was doing there as Ausable thought that Max was in Berlin. He did not look scared in the least. Ausable says that Max got in his room through a window above the balcony. this balcony has became a nuisance for him. It is the second time when somebody has got into his room through that balcony. He also says that he had reported to the management and asked them to block off the balcony but nothing has been done till now.
