Rowlatt Act was just an act which did not emancipate much in the Indian society. Thus its graph cannot be made. But according to the date if wee look back at, we can see that it was one of the most strict and extravergent act in the British Rule.

Rowlatt Act (1919) was the act passed by the imperial legislative Council giving powers to the government to restrict any political activities, imprisonment of political members without trial for two years and censorships on the newspapers and magazines.
