from equation 1 :

2x = 12 - 3y \\ x = (12 - 3y) \div 2 \\
now put Y=0,
x = (12 - 0)  \div 2 = 6
point(6,0)
for y=2,x=3 point(3,2)
for y=4,x=0. point (0,4)
repeat the process for second equation
x - y = 1 \\ x = 1 + y \\ on \: putting \: y = 0 \:   \: x = 1 \: poi \\ nt(1 \ \\
(1,0) on Y=2 point(3,2) for y=-1 x=0 so point(0,-1)
now join the above three points and draw a straight line-1
last three point for line 2
from where these lines intersect that point will be the solution
