Gravity pulls everything towards itself, whether it is water or rock. Then why does the flame of fire points upwards, opposite to the direction of gravitational force?

if we consider gravity as a force then we can assume that the force is pulling everything down towards the center of the earth. Now when we light up a candle, the flame is going against the gravitational force because it is ignited by the observer.
