18 to 40 years.Before year 2000 nobody knew about the BPO sector.But in 2018,they are the largest recruiters.In a country where
there is a big problem of unemployment,BPO sector has emerged as a boon.During 2003-2006,there was a huge growth in the outsourcing business.
Now there are opportunities for even highly qualified people as BPO's are providing services in healthcare,hospitality,insurance etc.
