Q1) If you look at any body part which hasn't got much flesh, you see some Red and Green tube like structures. Are they arteries and veins ? If yes, please explain in detail. If not, then what are they ?

Q1)Red ones are the arteries which have high blood pressure and they seems red and the green ones are the veins in blood is in low pressure so the seems green .

The red coloured tubes running throughout our body are the arteries. They are the tubes which carry blood from heart to other organs under high pressure. They are red because it is just depiction, Actually arteries have more RBC' s on their flow due to which they appear red. 

The green coloured tubes running throughout our body are called nerves and not veins. Veins also carry blood but they are deoxygenated blood. Hence they dont appear red rather they appear bluish due to which they cant be see from outside.

The nerves are the tubes or organs that run from the brain and spinal cord to all parts of the body. They are actually used for information transmission from different parts of the body to the brain. They are connected to neurons which convert the electronic signals of nerves into impulses and transfer it to the brain.
