Step-by-step explanation:

m= √13-2√3

then m^2 =(√13 - 2√3)^2)= 25 - 4√39

(by using the formula (a-b)^2 = (a^2 ) - (2*a*b) +(b^2))

where a=√13 and b=2√3

then 1/(m^2)= 1/((√13 - 2√3)^2)

=(25 + 4√39)/((25^2) - (4√39)^2)

(denominator by using the formula... (a - b)(a + b)=(a^2 - b^2))

we get 25 + 4√39

then substituting these values in the question....

I.e. in "m^2 - 1/(m^2)",

=25 - 4√39 - (25 + 4√39)

= - 8√39

hope u understand.....
