First two rules have already been stated by you.
Yes! The two most important things needed in an answer: no spamming and content quality

Some other basic rules are as follows
Answering questions will give you points (minimum 5)
Logging in will give you 5 points
Selecting an answer to your questions as the brainliest will give you 13 points
Based on the answers given by you and your brainliest answers will give you new ranks.
You can know more about the ranks and their corresponding points to be needed in the ME section
Your answers will be deleted if they are wrong or copied from the internet by the moderators.
Asking absurd questions and using improper words may lead to the deletion of your account on Brainly as well.

So yes!!
