1. We feel very good after doing these exercises. We feel refreshed and relaxed.

2. It's common to get tired after a long or tough workout. In general, this occurs because our muscles run out of energy.

3. A good warm up is important to loosen up our stiff body. It also supplies muscles with lots of oxygen and raises the body temperature.

As I'm explaining, I always feel really exhausted after performing these workouts. However, I believe that warming up or exercising is essential before engaging in strenuous activity. It makes our cardiovascular system ready for physical exercise, which is why I had the concept. Additionally, it improves blood flow to our muscles.
