$Let\:'x'\:kg\:be\:the\:gunpowder\:which\:contain\:9\:kg\:nitre.\\\\So,\\\\According\:to\:the\:question,\\\\\implies75\%\:of\:x=9\\\\\implies\frac{75}{100}x=9\\\\\implies x=\frac{9\times100}{75}\\\\\implies x=12\:kg\\\\Hence,\:12\:kg\:of\:gunpowder\:carry\:9\:kg\:nitre.\\\\Now,\\\\Let\:'y'\:kg\:gunpowder\:contain\:2.5\:kg\:of\:sulphur.\\\\According\:to\:question.\\\\10\%\:of\:y=2.5\:kg\\\\\implies\frac{10}{100}y=2.5\\\\\implies y=\frac{2.5\times100}{10}\\\\\implies y=250\:g$
