In this question, we are asked to tell about how Gurpreet should protect herself from heat.

As it is a summer afternoon and at that period heat is at its zenith so firstly she should apply sunscreen before stepping out of the home.
And secondly to protect from the heat she should carry gloves and wear them in her hand and she should cover her face with a cotton cloth like a scarf.
For protecting her eyes from the heat she should wear sunglasses.
As in the summer days one should carry a water bottle and should drink liters of water.
As by hydrating our body with loads of water our skin also feels hydrated and glows.
