SCALER QUANTITY- It has only magnitude.

VECTOR QUANTITY- It has both magnitude and direction.

RETARDATION- the action of delaying or slowing the progress or development of something.

Explanation:

1]

Scalar Quantity_

  • It is non directional quantity
  • It only has Magnitude
  • Ex_Distance-this is a scalar quantity,Speed

Vector Quantity

  • It is a Directional Quantity
  • It has Magnitude as well as Direction
  • Displacement-This is a vector quantity,Velocity

2]

Retardation is conctant Decresing deacceleration

Ex_-4m/s²

If a ball Is moving With a speed say 20 m/s and then retards -4m/s²

Then the ball will move at 16 m/s at one sec

at 2 sec 12 m/s .....and so on the speed will decrease

3]

Speed of a Body cannot be changed if the velocity is constant

Velocity has Magnitude as well as Direction and speed dpes only has Magnitude

So velocity cant change speed

Matlab Speed velocity par depend karti hai

4]

When an Object is moving at a constant speed its velocity

is constantly changing. Its velocity is changing Not because the magnitude is changing but the Direction is changing. This constant chaging Velocity Means Acceleration pl

Thank you

Hope it helps
