look bro. it will take some time. you have to wait for about 5 minutes to get promoted. till that you can answer more questions so that when you get promoted to virtuoso you can get promoted to expert easily. you can try refreshing your bribly app/page then it may show that your are promoted to virtuoso. I also faced the same problem. just wait for some time. and I think so you just got promoted.
