Guys I have got this confusing question........... all molecules try to achieve noble gas configuration......but what is so special about this structure?? Why are t molecules stable when they have equal positive and negative charges , but when they have 8 molecules in upper shell I am grade 9 foundation student plz explain in detail but accordingly

Noble gases are inert in nature
So other elements try to attain their configuration so that they are stable.

No molecules are able to attend so they are tightly packed
