If you wish to send an email to the bank officials lodging a complaint about the rude behaviour of the bank employee and want to reopen your closed loan account, the following letter could likely serve your purpose.
Subject : Request to reopen my closed loan account and complaining rudeness of your employee.
I'm *(your details) owning a loan account *(account details) in your bank since *(year of issuance).
Recently I saw a notification stating my loan account has been closed. I received no prior intimation regarding this.
So I dialed the bank office and one of your customer service representatives identifying himself as (name of the employee) stated that my account has been inactive for a long time and as a result my account has been closed. When I spoke saying it was not right, I've been using the account actively and asked him to reopen my account, he responded in a rude manner using offensive words. This level of unprofessionalism is barely acceptable.
I request you to look into the issue, reopen my account as soon as possible and take necessary action against the employee.
Sincerely,
(your name).
