Like the answer before mine, you just can't. Like most other services.
Explanation:
There used to be a problem with kids signing up for brainly. It kept saying
"Something went wrong, please try again later"
So some people just placed some gibberish in the username box and spammed the sign up button.
Then they got stuck with the username.
Maybe make a new account?
