To Find : How many Rs 50 notes Darshan has
Solution:
Tejas Darshan
Rs 50 x y
Rs 100 y x
50x + 100y 50y + 100x
1000 1100
50x + 100y = 1000
=> x + 2y = 20
50y + 100x = 1100
=> y + 2x = 22
x + 2y = 20
y + 2x = 22
=> 3y = 18 => y = 6 and x = 8
Darshan has 6 Rs 50 notes
