The characteristics of lactobacillus are:-

1)they are characterlized by their ability to produce lactic acid

2)lactobacillus are generally nonmotile

3)they can survive In both aerobic and anaerobic environment

4)they are used commercially

Ex - brevis , acidophilus etc
