For simplicity IT'S all about Assuming,
Assume his original weight be 100kg
So after gym his weight is 100 - 10% of 100
= NEW WEIGHT = 90 kg
Now he has to increase his weight by 10 kg to get back to his original weight,
Percentage of increase =
= weight to be gained/new weight × 100
= 10 / 90 ×100
=100 / 9
= 11 WHOLE 1/9
= 11.11
ANSWER = HE SHOULD HIS WEIGHT BY % = 11.11 %
