let r be radius of bowl

R be radius of cone and H be height

As volume of bowl = 2 volume of cone

2/3 pie r^3 = 2 ( 1/3 pie R^2 H)

r^3 = R^2 H

U can take cone of same radius then

r^3 = r^2 H

r = H

So u can take cone of same radius and height as of bowl

or u can decide by

r^3 = R^2 H
