 {x}^{2}  - 2 \sqrt{5}  x+ 3 =  \\  {x}^{2}  - 2 \sqrt{5} x + 3 + 5 - 5 \\ {(x -  \sqrt{5)} }^{2}  - 2 =  \\  {(x -  \sqrt{5)} }^{2}  -  { \sqrt{2} }^{2}  \\  = (x -  \sqrt{5}  -  \sqrt{2} )(x -  \sqrt{5}  +  \sqrt{2} )
