Step-by-step explanation:

We have,

 {x}^{3} + 7 {x}^{2} + 7x - 15

  = {x}^{3} - {x}^{2} + 8 {x}^{2} - 8x + 15x- 15 \\

  = {x}^{2}(x - 1)+ 8x (x - 1) + 15(x- 1) \\

  = (x - 1)({x}^{2}+ 8x + 15) \\

  = (x - 1)({x}^{2}+ 5x + 3x + 15) \\

  = (x - 1) \{x(x+ 5) + 3(x + 5) \} \\

  = (x - 1) (x+ 5) (x + 3) \\
