Let the angles be 2x,3x,4x and x.
2x+3x+4x+x = 360°
or 10x = 360°
or x = 360°/10 = 36°
So, the angles are 72°, 108°, 144° and 36°.
Here, u can observe that sum of opposite angles is equal to 180°.
So, I think it's a cyclic quadrilateral.
