ratio of speed of three trains : 3:4:5
let their speeds be 3x,4x and 5x
We know speed = distance/time
=> time = distance/speed
Since the distance is fixed, let the fixed distance be y km.
Then time taken by
1. Train 1 = y/3x
2. Train 2 = y/4x
3. Train 3 = y/5x
For Ratio part refer to the attachment
Thus the ratio of their time is
=> 3 : 4 : 5
