Guys suggest me some ways to get out of depression

➡drink a glass of water

➡inhale for 7 seconds, hold your breath for 8 seconds and slowly exhale out for 9 seconds.. repeat it several times

Never be alone... make sure you have someone around you to make you happy

Step out of your home and enjoy the nature.... nature is something which can change anybody’s moods

Once you are out of depression never ever think about the thing which made you depressed
