Ohk so first of all "inbox me" simply means to jst message them .You must be now thinking that even they can msg someone but no the only person who gave 1000 answers can msg anyone but below 1000 no one can msg but in case the one with 1000 ans. passes the msg to below 1000 then they can chat however anyone can msg our moderators Bea. they r here to help us.
