it is probably a basic salt.

shraddhavijay: are u sure or 50 50?
safiasaheb: yeah
safiasaheb: am sure
safiasaheb: cuz both caustic soda and sulphuric acid are strong acids and base respectively.
shraddhavijay: thank you
safiasaheb: so when excess caustic soda is added, it turns to a basic salt
shraddhavijay: okk thanks
safiasaheb: my pleasure
shraddhavijay: can u tell me which is a solid formed by reaction of two gases one of which is acidic and the other is basic in nature

hiiii friend
here is your answer
when an concentrated base reacts with dilute acid the salt formed is basic salt.

as NaOH is concentrated base and is present in excess amount than the concentrated/dilute H2SO4
so the salt formed is basic salt.

glad to help you
hope it helps
thank you.

shraddhavijay: thamk you so much ...it helped me alot
