Answer is  D) Klinefelter's syndrome.

Explanation:

Klinefelter syndrome (or KS) is a set of unhealthy medical symptoms that could possibly lead to the gynecomastia.  Gynecomastia is nothing but enlarged male breast size. This is not a cancerous breast growth.

This  syndrome shows in the physical traits like weaker muscles , less or no body hair, reduced sex desires, unusual tallness etc. Problems leading to gynecomastia start during the pubertal changes. This is a genetic disorder in men. They will possess wide hips and low testosterone levels. They may be less manly.

hey mate,
D) Klinefelter's syndrome....

Gynaecomastia:
it is the development of breast in males and is usually due to perturbation of estrogen to androgen ratio.
in the neonatal period and during puberty gynecomastia is due to temporary increase in circulating estrogen. decrease testosterone in later life may also lead to gynecomastia.

thanks...
nice to help you
