H.C.F of 3 numbers is a highest common factor of that 3 numbers.

Since ,

(x+y)² , (y+z)³ and (z+x)⁴ doesn't have any common factors other than 1.

So, H.C.F of (x+y)² , (y+z)³ and (z+x)⁴ is 1.
