- We cook food because raw food cannot be digested by us and our body needs nutrition so we must cook food . Then food is over cooked it also cannot be digested . It taste became bad.
- These chemicals are sprayed to keep the bugs away but in all possibilities be also present on the fruit and vegetable skin. Washing will remove some of it and prevent them from entering your body. Many pesticides can be harmful if ingested in large quantities, so washing helps to remove the surface chemicals
- Avoid Fried Foods and Added Cheese Saturated fats come mostly from meat and whole-fat dairy foods. Tropical oils like palm oil and coconut oil, and butter are also saturated fats. Cholesterol is found in animal fats. Primarily the saturated fat and the cholesterol in the foods you eat increase your cholesterol levels.
