H ow to control anger and ways to deal it execpt meditation!!!!!!!

take deep breathes and most important sleep well at night and take some breaks between your time table and watch animated movies like UP 2009 ..

priyanshu150601: hello vaishu I am a class 10th student I usually take about 5 to 10 minutes of break during my timetable .In that time I usually listen to my favourite music or have a walk in my garden or drink tea or milk. ..so I also suggest u to take a break as it will boost ur memory power..

I guess meditation isn't your cup of tea, like me, so I prefer the following things to control my anger.

Go out for walks. Looking at people and objects moving on going about in their daily lives makes me feel breezy. It's a real different feeling when you realize that everyone has their own lives to deal with.

Listening to calming music. Songs called Chillsteps [chilling dubsteps] are a remedy for controlling anger and stress for me. 

Don't think. Stop thinking. Completely blank out your brain and look around. Thinking will cause depression and stress, and it's absolutely not good when you're angry. Look around and try to be positive, nothing is your fault, and if it is, you can make it up with a simple apology : )

And most importantly, be positive and believe in yourself. Good luck!
