Hi ,
Given polynomial p(x) = ax
a ≠ 0 , a, b € R
It is linear polynomial in one
variable x . So , it has only one
Zero.
To find zero of p(x ) ,

=> ax = 0
x = 0/a
x = 0
Therefore ,
Zero of p(x) is 0
I hope this helps you.
