Kc is equilibrium constant of a gaseous mixture and it is defined as the molar concentrations. kp is also a equilibrium constant and it can be defined as the partial pressure of a gas inside a closed system.

For the given reaction,

H₂(g)+I₂(g)=2HI(g)

The value of Kc=\frac{[HI]²}{[H₂][I₂]}

The value of Kp=\frac{P[HI]²}{PH₂PI₂}
