When we move down the group the tendency of breaking up of bonds become easy that is it is easy to break or dissociate a bond with this fact we can conclude that in h2te the h(positive ion can be removed easily)

H2 S have the tendency with the lose H+.
P3 basics have the best nature with the lone pair of electron so it has tendency to lose pair of electron.
Order of electronegativities of third period is as follows:
P < S The acidic strength of their hydrides will be PH3 < H2 S.
