No, Margie had never seen a book before because it was the time of technical times means only machines used where there are no books but only the computers. So, Margie's classroom is just beside to her bedroom where the mechanical teacher will be there who teaches her lessons and gives her the homework which Margie hated a lot as she used to submit the homework in the computer slot. And also there were no classmates for Margie but only she is to sit and learn.
