Well yes Hagrid was obviously a great father figure to Harry yet he is so underrated.

Harry missed him when he wasn't there and after it was him who rescued Harry from the Dursleys and helped him to buy his school supplies.

The problem with Sirius is that he didn't get to spend much time with Harry and I think Dum bledore was more of a mentor to him.

But I think both Sirius and Hagrid loved Harry as their son and even though Hagrid was there for him all the time, I don't think Harry realized it much.

Or else he might have named his kid after Hagrid
