Given, Half Life of the reaction is independent of concentration of reactant.

So, it is a 1st order reaction.

Given, Time (t) = 10 minutes.
Initial reactant (n.) = 100 litre.
Final reactant (n) = 10 litre.

Thus,
k = \frac{2.303}{t} \times log( \frac{n.}{n} )

So, putting the values in the formula :
k = \frac{2.303}{10} \times log( \frac{100}{10} ) \\ \: \: \: \: = \frac{2.303}{10} \times 1 \\ \: \: \: \: = 0.2303 \: {m}^{ - 1} .
