Let us start solving the qn
perimeter of a rectangle= 2(l+b)
half perimeter =l+b
according to qn l= 4+b
therefore,4+b+b=36
=4 +2b =36
=2b = 32
=b=16
therefore lengthy =b +4
=20
therefore the dimensions are 20cm and 16 cm respectively

let the breadth be x

so length=x+4

A/Q,

(x+x+4)/2=36

(2x+4)/2=36

x+2=36

x=34

therefore

breadth=34 m

length=38 m
