Agr hamae height badana hai tou,hamae proteins jaesae wheat,milk,meat,pulses,etc. and regular exercise bhi zaroori hai.

By my routine height badhane ke liye Kuchh bhi khaao but time par khaao because mera bhi height chhota tha so main time par nhi khaati thi but jab se time par khaane Lagi mere height mein progress aaya so time par khana 4 times in a day. Skipping Karo, Subah Subah toes par 5 min daily walk Karo minimum 1 month main bhi use ki hu. Mere Ye 3 tips Maine khud follow kiye h so Ye jarur help karenge tumhari.
