Hari's father gifted him a tennis racket on his birthday. The cost of the racket was Rs 800. A few months later Hari sold the racket to his friend Shyam for Rs 850. He was very happy to ear a profit of Rs 50. He was boosted by this transaction and after completing his studies, he formed a partnership business with his friend Shyam trading in Sports material under the name M/S Hari and Traders. The firm soon starts earning a good profit. He started donating some sports goods to financially weak students.

A. Can the transaction between Hari and Shyam be considered as a business transaction? Give reasons.

B. Can the transaction between M/S Hari Traders and others be termed as a business transaction? Give reasons.

C. According to you which value motivated Hari and Shyam to donate sports goods?
