I think all the three can be at gryfindor but to be honest Hermione deserves to be at Ravenclaw.

Hermione's puzzling priorities are a true testimony to her Ravenclaw traits. Her studies mean more to this witch than her survival.

Otherwise harry and ron are good at being in gryffindor. If harry was at slytherin it would make the story become short as it is very much easy for voldermort to kill harry as he is a part of slytherin and would definetly be a friend of Draco whose father is a death eater

Golden trio is best for gryffindor only.

But in some cases Hermione is also good for ravenclaw
