it has not . gst was implemented to make filing taxes for the business people easier. instead since the rate of tax implemented was so high it forced the buisness owners to raise the price for everything. because if they did not increase the price the profit they normally earned would have been decreased. so after paying gst whateved losses they may have incurred are instead taken from the public by hiking the rates for everything. this makes everything expensive instead of it making it easier for ghe public
