Personification-

Here in the given sentence it shows attributes like humans. Humans have hands just like that the clock has hands. Humans have two hand left and right just like that clock has two hands.

Personification is a figure of speech when any non living objects give human qualities or attributes.

Interrogation-

It is a figure of speech which is used by the poet in the sentence to attract the attention on the important thought.

Here the poet is created a question not to get any information from the readers but to give emphasis on the statement so the poet can attract the attention of the reader.

Pun-

When the poet uses such a word which is having multiple meanings and creats humour we can call it pun.

Here in the given sentence hands indicates human hands and hands of clock. It also creates humour.
