It is impossible because if we add any three odd numbers together, the resulting sum we obtain will always be odd. But 30 is an even number.

So the only way I see to solve this problem is:-

Reversing the 9 to get 6 and taking any other two numbers that add up to get 24.

eg. 6 + 11 + 13 = 30

     6 + 15 + 9 = 30

We have reversed the 9 given to obtain 6.

I don't see any other way by which this problem can be solved.
