Yes i have however, it is very rare to see people like them nowadays. Other people may wonder why but the answer would be obvious. "The nice people always encounters manipulative, gaslighters and people with bad intentions in general." Most of the people who has an open and nice attitude ends up in a situation where they would be forced to hide themselves to avoid the same cycle from happening. It shocked me to see a nice person interact with others in a pleasant way because we got used to people with hidden bad agendas. So yes, i've met some nice people and yes we meet them everyday even if they hide behind a bad persona.
