One day, I was alone at home and that day was very horrible. The weather is not so good. The silvery clouds had come. It seemed to be rain. The clouds were thundering. I lost myself in that sound. It was very unpleasant experience for me. I became afraid of the dark and the thunderstorm. There was nobody whom could help me. Firstly, I closed all the windows and doors of my home and went to my bedroom, I switched on all the lights of the house as well as my room. After that, I switched on the television and started to listening some calm and soothing music in a loud pitch, so that, I could not be afraid of the sound of the thunderstorm. After that, I was feeling very much better.
