i was in Himachal. there was a heavy rainfall and the rohtang pass was blocked. I took rest in safe place where I could survive till the bad weather past and finally moved on my way when the sky was clear. actually I was in the car only and took rest in car only itself and I always have this habit of caring food and water with me and it helped me a lot. and also some music and bought some fruits.
