Have you ever observed any flower part still persisting in the fruit?
I want a part of a flower other than its ovary or ovule that form fruit and seed respectively.

Yes, of course, sometimes parts of flower persist in fruits. And the part which sometimes persists in the fruit is the Calyx. Calyx is also known as Sepals. In tomato, brinjal, strawberry, the sepals or the calyx of flower persists in the fruit.

Other than the ovary, fruit can be formed from thalamus, whole inflorescence, perianth. Examples : Apple, Strawberry, etc.
