as our body gets rid of tiredness, we get little energy in our body. and sleep reduces headaches and also it refreshenes our body.but sleeping for long time is little bad for health as we feel more sleepy after a long hour of sleep.

When we are sick we feel better if we sleep for sometime as to feel rested and sleep is known to regulate immune functions.It even conserves our energy and allows to focus on healing .
