I have experienced this a lot of time during long journeys. It mostly happens in road trips with hot weather. Even if you have drink some water you will see an illusion of water. It happens because of the thoughts in our mind that I have to rest in a cold place. Our thoughts are seen by our eyes. Its quite normal it you live in rural parts of Abu dhabi. Its like a mind game or day dreams.
